Description of Duties: Manage workflow & documentation of loan processing. Communicate w/ all parties from app. to closing. Ensure all required loan docs requested, tracked, received & uploaded into the loan origination system accurately & timely.

Description of Duties: Approve loans within specified limits; meet with applicants to obtain information for loan applications; analyze applicants financial status; credit and property evaluations; review and update credit and loan files; compute payment schedules; submit applications to credit analysts for verifications and recommendations.
Minimum Job Requirements: Associate degree, 2 years experience as a loan officer. Must have verified references.
